Fingerless Gloves

Mom’s arthritis would flare up, particularly on colder days, so I liked to keep a few pairs of these fingerless gloves around to hold in some heat on her aching joints. A nice side benefit to having extra fingerless gloves around was that I could use them when I was on the computer as they don’t hamper movement when typing at all.

Fingerless gloves come in an array of colors and styles. I liked the ones that go part of the way up the arm as Mom’s forearms would ache in the cold also. I also got her a few pairs of the gloves that can be transformed into mittens. That made it easier to keep her hands warm yet give her the dexterity for eating during meals.

Fingerless gloves are not very expensive so why not pick up a few pairs for your senior citizen loved ones. And, they come in styles suitable for both men and women as seen below. These would make excellent stocking stuffers!
