Senior citizen caregiving 101: Things I wish I’d knownCheck Price
During those 5 years that I cared for my Mom, I frequently floundered. Having no children by choice (I have a whole slew of dogs though!), I really had no background into caring for another person, especially one whose needs increased as my knowledge waned.
So, I floundered. I bought a few books on caregiving which did help. But, in the end, I wrote an eBook with the things I most wish I’d known about caregiving before I stepped right into the job of caring for my elderly Mom.
My eBook contains 15 chapters of what I hope is valuable information for those who follow in my path. It also includes witty Gertie-isms – out of the mouths of very old babes comes some pretty funny stuff.
So here ’tis. It’s only $2.99 for the Kindle purchase and is also offered for free in the lending library (you get to borrow one book a month if you’re a Prime member).
