Window Clings Brighten Any Room

I got the idea about using window clings to brighten a senior citizen’s room when I saw them at the rehabilitation facility where Mom was recovering from her broken hip.

One of the nurses had thoughtfully bought a bunch of beautiful window clings and was going around and surprising the elderly residents by putting them on the windows when the rooms were empty. I thought it was a great idea, particularly for a senior citizen loved one who might be in a more sterile environment like a nursing home, etc. The elderly residents loved them. There were many smiles when everyone returned to their rooms after lunch that day.

Window clings come in about any shape and size. They’re perfect to add a bit of holiday flavor to any home. They also are about as easy to apply as can be – just take them off the sheet, stick them to a glass window and, voila! There you have it.

Why not jump the gun and ‘think Spring’ with some of the lovely flower window clings below? Or, for Valentine’s Day, go ahead and add some hearts to any glass surface.
