My little indoor herb garden gave my parents and it was a huge hit when my Dad was placed on a low sodium diet – it was the gift of taste!

No-Salt Seasonings

When Dad was placed on a low-salt diet, I was challenged with creating new recipes that would still be tasty and interest him in eating. My herb garden was great in this way but I also did a lot of research on no-salt seasonings, the best of which are below.

Note: The Kirkland No-Salt Seasoning is so good, I use it to this day, even though Dad is now gone.
