Amazon Prime Membership Discounts For Medicaid and EBT Recipients!
I had NO idea that Amazon Prime offered a discount program for low income folks! But, they sure do!
Instead of the $119 per year that the regular Amazon Prime membership costs, EBT (electronic benefit transfers) and Medicaid recipients can get it for….wait for it…$5.99 per month! That’s a scant $71.88 per year!
And, why exactly does any senior citizen need Amazon Prime? (Note: the discount is only for Medicaid and EBT recipients, young and old).
Perhaps your senior citizen friend can enjoy the free 2-day shipping on a lot of Amazon purchases but, more likely, they will LOVE the benefit of free Amazon Prime TV! Thousands of movies, videos, and tv shows (like The Carol Burnett Show) to enjoy. After all, the TV is always on, right?
Or, I’ll bet those who aren’t easily mobile would love the Amazon Pantry option where items are delivered right to their home with no shipping charges!
In addition to the above benefits of an Amazon Prime membership, there’s also free photo storage. Share family photos with those near and far!
Whatever the reason for a Prime Membership, here’s the link to the deal – only for EBT and Medicaid folks: Amazon Prime Discount – everyone else will have to pay the $119/year regular price. Still a deal!
An Amazon Prime membership is a great birthday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas or really, ANY day present!

Great idea! As a caregiver, I use Amazon prime constantly. I have everything delivered. It saves me from having to lug my loved ones out of the house, or line up someone to watch them. We use the Amazon prime movies everyday too. It definitely pays for itself, in my opinion.

And why aren’t regular senior citizens offered the same deal? I’m 72+ and could sure use that extra money to buy things we need.

I sure agree! But, I guess it’s just to help those who really have no extra funds; some seniors are quite well off.
